Chef Stanley Hagerman’s white tablecloth restaurant experience has been bringing finishing touches all across the country, from Chicago's "A Tale of Two Chefs", Las Vegas' "American Fish" at Aria Hotel & Resort, to Santa Monica's famous "Shutters on the Beach". His management roles at leading restaurants such as "The Signature Room", "The Pump Room", "Ambria", "La Petite Folie", and "Marion Street Cheese Market" have rounded out his natural creative ability, allowing him to create out of the box dishes with flawless timing and execution. A graduate of The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, he values the continuous learning process that great Chefs embrace, and instills the quest for perfection in his fellow staff.
